My Client is an Architectural practice based in London.

They are currently looking for a space planner with experience and flair to join their workplace consulting team.

Your duties will involve gathering, reporting and translating space requirements data into stacking diagrams, creating space planning concepts and detailed space plans.

The ability to hand draw sketches and space plan creatively are essential as well as being highly numerate with excellent computer skills. Attention to detail is essential together with the talent and enthusiasm to contribute to the wider team and perform well under pressure.

You should have a good understanding of building regulations, means of escape etc in relation to space planning concepts, a high standard of computer literacy in AutoCAD / Excel / PowerPoint and the ability to translate complex data into charts, diagrams and presentation materials.
