My Client is one of the worlds leading Interior Design firms with offices in many locations around the world.
They have a reputation for creating high quality interior environments in the Hotel and Leisure sector and are recognised as the leaders in their field.
Due to expansion they are currently in need of several new members of staff for their office in Hong Kong.
Below are the job titles and the requirements for each position.

My Client is looking for people with a valid working VISA for China.
a) SENIOR PROJECTS DESIGNER:
Perform as administrative manager of several concurrent projects.
Complete management including manpower scheduling, projections, and profitability of each project.
Handle independent design; initiation and coordination of directed design.
Monitor the above work according to Interior Design contract of project(s).
Contact with clients/consultants/suppliers.
Provide technical drafting support, whenever required.
Follow up with projects site progress.
Minimum 8-10 years experience (Negotiable, depends on work experience)
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
Good command of English.
b) PROJECTS DESIGNER:
Assist Senior Project Designers to perform above mentioned-duties.
Minimum 5 years experience (Negotiable, depends on work experience).
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
Good command of English.
c) DESIGNER:
Cooperate by all means with the project(s) Senior Designer(s) and Decorator(s).
Assist in project(s) manpower scheduling and maintain project(s) schedules.
Be responsible for initiation and coordination of project(s) design.
Prepare, coordinate, supervise and produce total project(s) interior architectural and millwork documentation to ensure quality, quantity and timeliness of work product.
Provide technical drafting support, whenever required; and be responsible for drafting time allocation.
Contact clients/consultants/suppliers with regards to coordination matters of the assigned project(s).
Provide assistance to other projects.
Follow up with project(s) site progress, outside the premises of the company, whenever required.
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
Good command of English.
d) ASSISTANT DESIGNER/ CAD Designer:
Assist preparation, coordination, supervision and production of total project(s) interior architectural and millwork documentation.
Assist and cooperate by all means with Senior Designer(s) and Designer(s)/Decorator(s) regarding contacts with the assigned project(s) consultants/suppliers.
Be responsible for drafting support, and management of production staff of project(s) to ensure quality, quantity and timeliness of work product.
Provide technical drafting support for other projects, whenever required.
Be responsible for coordination of the project(s) site progress, outside the premises of the company, whenever required.
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
Good command of English.
e) SENIOR PROJECTS DESIGN DECORATOR:
Coordinate and cooperate with the senior project designer(s) and other senior project decorating team members in the development of overall design concepts and intents for all assigned projects.
Provide detail design and decorating responsibilities for all or part of one or more projects, whenever required.
Develop, supervise and issue (including typing, consolidation, liaising and filing) necessary
Specifications, schedules and material references, approve colours, finishes, materials required to implement the design/decorating intent and to ensure that design/decorating intent is maintained.
Develop necessary and appropriate budgets and art programs required for the assigned Projects.
Maintain contact with clients/consultants/vendors on decoration matters.
Be alert and informative for up market FF&E supplies and materials relative to design/decoration purposes.
Monitor all above responsibilities by performing your best to control the delivery of documentation to meet with the project(s) progress schedules and to sustain the profitability of the project(s) to the benefit of the company and monitor the work according to the allowance and limitations as spelt in the Interior Design contract of each project.
Good command of English.
Excellent presentation skills.
Familiarity and knowledge of architectural materials and furnishings and its application in design projects.
Awareness and interest in global design trends and FF & E supplies
Minimum 8-10 years experience (Negotiable, depends on work experience).
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
f) DESIGNER ASSISTANT:
Report directly to Senior Project Design Decorators & provide project updates.
Provide support to Design/ Decoration team on specifications, schedules and material reference sheets.
Typing, filing & consolidation of data.
Capable of handling full set of drawings and details.
Familiarity and knowledge of architectural materials and furnishings and its application in design projects.
Awareness and interest in global design trends and FF & E supplies.
Assist in sourcing internal/external design & decoration information.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Photoshop (preferred, not a must).
Good command of English.
Minimum 1-2 years experience (Negotiable, depends on work experience.)
Must have strong organization, time, and people skills.
