My client is an award winning consultancy specialising in architectural design, progressive infrastructure engineering and project and construction management.

They are well known for their quality and professionalism.

They are currently in need of a talented Landscape Architect for their office in Qatar.

You will be responsible for creating landscape designs & estimating projects for clients. You will act as a facilitator to ensure timely delivery of quality designs. This position requires creativity & artistic talent, good organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Key Duties:

• Produce quality landscape designs to renovate, enhance, and improve properties for company clients.
• Generate estimates for design projects & review to ensure scope of work meets requirements.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate on-site meetings with managers and clients.
• Conduct property inspection, site inventory & analysis, cost analysis.
• Prepare measurements, base maps, digital imagery, colour rendering, and select plant material.
• Assist in on-site supervision and plant layout during initial preparation.
• Evaluate quality of services provided.
• Assist managers and sales representatives with concepts & marketing materials for proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or industry related with certification for landscape design.
• Landscape Design experience to include high-end commercial landscape.
• Working knowledge of scaled drawings, digital imagery, ability to read engineering site plans.
• Ability to calculate figures and amount; interpret instructions from written, oral or diagram form.
• This position requires creativity & artistic talent, excellent communication & time management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working in arid conditions preferably in the Middle East.
