My Client is a London based Interior Design Consultancy who currently have quite a lot of exciting new leisure and hotel work including food & beverage areas such as bars & restaurants.

Because of this, they are currently looking for two new members of staff.

Interior Design technician:
Min. 2-3 yrs experience. Vectorworks experience. Must be quick, hardworking, professional, understand interior detailing, and it would be beneficial if they have drawn up bespoke joinery details before, whether for retail or leisure. Good understanding of materials important. There will be an opportunity for working on the design development of concepts but your main duties will be that of a Technician. Salary - max £120 per day depending on experience.

Senior Interior Designer:
Min. 4 yrs experience. My client is looking for someone enthusiastic with leisure experience – particularly bars and/or hotels. You must be able to create a design scheme from scratch independently, Your duties will involve developing material selections to suit client budgets, and producing sketch visuals to present to the client. (They hand draw their sketches and lightly render them in Photoshop as they move too quickly for CGI to be effective)
You must be able to take project to client and present it (with help from the Design Director), and run jobs day to day (manage project file, contact suppliers and project team members i.e. QS, PM etc...), and see job through to detail drawings (with help from technician). This is a great opportunity for young senior looking to ‘step-up’. Must be quick, hardworking, and professional. Salary - max £150 per day depending on experience.
